Joos is the second generation of Chargebolt, bringing updated technology and greater biosecurity. Our task was to develop a name identity and set of brand guidelines.

The name Joos is related to the everyday term of running out of juice that resonates across all ages.

Once we had established the name, we had to develop a campaign to help users understand that the brand was going through a transitional phase and to clearly demonstrate the benefits. We acted as the creative partner of Hello Finch.
